Where do you ship from, and how?
We ship from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with PostNL. Within the Netherlands your purchase is sent as a parcel with PostNL. Someone needs to be present to receive a parcel; if not, the parcel will be delivered to a neighbour.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within Europe.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €5.95. International rates depend on your location and country. Before placing your order, you can always find the shipping costs calculated for you in your shopping cart. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the Netherlands with PostNL usually takes 1-3 days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a track & trace code and a link to the PostNL website, where you can follow your parcel.

I haven't received my parcel yet. What should I do?
You will always receive a track & trace code from us by e-mail. Haven't received your parcel yet? You can always contact our customer service. We can help you trace the parcel, and if it has gone missing we will of course resolve it for you.
