SOLUNE was founded by three women with an entrepreneurial drive and a shared love of style, craftsmanship and an honest story. We are SOLUNE — Sonja, Luna and Ellen — and together we combine design, sustainability and personal service in one clear brand.
We believe an interior is more than just a space. It is a place where you unwind, where you live and surround yourself with items that have meaning. That is why our collection consists of home accessories made by hand, with great care, in Myanmar, from natural materials such as rattan and bamboo. Warm, timeless and of high quality.
Why Myanmar?
A question we are often asked. Ellen has had a business and personal connection with the country for more than 25 years; back then she started her own import and export company in rattan furniture and home accessories. She supplied exclusively to large business clients, with products imported directly by container from Myanmar.
SOLUNE now makes these special pieces available to everyone. In doing so, we bring not only rattan to the Netherlands, but also a piece of the Myanmar she has known and loved for so long.
